All members are expected to:

Avoid soliciting, spamming, or distributing materials that conflict with ministry values.
We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access for behavior that disrupts the community or misrepresents our mission.
Y2A Ministries™ accepts charitable contributions and offers paid memberships, courses, and events.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms.
All donations are final and non-refundable, as they directly support ministry work.
Refunds for digital products or event registrations are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
All Y2A Ministries™ materials—including text, images, logos, courses, devotionals, and trademarks (e.g., An Empowered Woman™, And The Two Become One™, Beauty From Ashes – Let’s Talk™, Youth At Risk Services™)—are the exclusive property of YOUnified to Advance 501(c)(3).
You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute materials without written permission.
If you share comments, testimonies, or other submissions, you grant Y2A Ministries™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content in ways consistent with our mission (e.g., social posts, marketing, ministry stories).
We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms or our ministry values.
Your information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only collect data necessary for ministry operation, community participation, or donation processing, and we never sell personal data.
Our programs and resources are provided “as is” and are intended to encourage spiritual and personal growth.
Y2A Ministries™ makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, emotional healing, or financial results.
All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Y2A Ministries™, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages—including loss of data, income, or opportunity—arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Total liability shall not exceed $500 USD or the amount paid for the specific service within the past 3 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y2A Ministries™ and YOUnified to Advance against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Our Services may link to other faith-based or organizational sites. These are provided for convenience and inspiration. Y2A Ministries™ is not responsible for third-party content, privacy, or actions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, memberships, or site access for violation of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with biblical values and ministry integrity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through faith-based mediation or arbitration in Gregg County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of updates will be provided via our website.
