From brokenness to breakthrough — a ministry birthed from purpose and transformation.
Out of pain was born purpose.
YOUnified to Advance began not as an organization, but as a calling — a divine response to brokenness, struggle, and the need for real transformation in people’s lives. Founded by Charlotte Davis-Robinson, this faith-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit was birthed from her own journey of overcoming hardship, rediscovering identity, and walking with God through seasons of loss, rebuilding, and renewal.
From those ashes, a mission emerged:
To empower, equip, and uplift individuals and families to rise above life’s challenges and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
YOUnified to Advance exists to unite hearts, heal communities, and advance lives through practical outreach, mentorship, and spiritual restoration. What began with one woman’s testimony has grown into a movement — a network of programs that address the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Each branch serves a unique purpose, yet all share one heartbeat: to equip hearts, restore homes, and advance the Kingdom.
Beauty From Ashes – Let’s Talk
A healing and deliverance outreach designed to help individuals process trauma, rediscover their worth, and walk in freedom. Through podcast conversations, workshops, and counseling, this program restores hope where pain once lived.
And The Two Become One™
A marriage restoration ministry anchored in covenant. Its signature resource, The Marital First Aid Kit™, provides couples with tools for communication, forgiveness, and healing when the covenant feels like it’s failing.
An Empowered Woman
A leadership development and mentorship program for women discovering their divine identity, vision, and purpose. This initiative helps women heal from the past and step confidently into entrepreneurship, ministry, and personal growth.
Operation Restart
A reintegration and empowerment program for formerly incarcerated individuals and their families. This ministry provides mentorship, resources, and community support to help rebuild lives with dignity and purpose.
Hand Up, Not a Hand Out
A transitional support initiative designed to bridge the gap between dependency and independence — equipping individuals and families with the tools to become self-sufficient through mentorship, training, and empowerment opportunities.

A community outreach and resource distribution arm that provides practical assistance — from food and clothing drives to housing support and crisis response — all while sharing the love of Christ in action.
Financial Solutions Consulting
A training and development program teaching biblical stewardship, credit restoration, and financial literacy. It helps individuals and families rebuild financial stability through education and accountability.

A mentoring and transformation program for men, youth, and families — inspiring growth through personal responsibility, spiritual maturity, and renewed vision for leadership and legacy.
Youth At Risk Services (YARS)
A holistic mentorship and intervention program providing at-risk youth with structure, guidance, and support through faith-based leadership, life skills, and creative arts initiatives.

A discipleship and evangelism training program equipping believers with foundational biblical understanding, practical ministry tools, and leadership skills to serve effectively in their local communities and churches.
